Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SQL Developer with a strong understanding of database concepts and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with application and business teams to design, develop, and optimize database components that support data-driven systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain database objects including tables, views, indexes, and constraints.
- Write and optimize stored procedures, functions, and queries using SQL and T-SQL.
- Work with temporary tables, joins, and sub-queries to handle complex data logic.
- Handle data in XML and JSON formats.
- Perform query optimization and performance tuning to improve efficiency.
- Support application teams with backend data requirements and troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SQL Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (2008 / 2012 / 2014 / 2016 or later).
- Proficiency in SQL and T-SQL.
- Experience with aggregate functions, indexing strategies, and execution plans.
- Solid understanding of performance tuning and database optimization techniques.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
