Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SQL Developer with a strong understanding of database concepts and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with application and business teams to design, develop, and optimize database components that support data-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain database objects including tables, views, indexes, and constraints.
2. Write and optimize stored procedures, functions, and queries using SQL and T-SQL.
3. Work with temporary tables, joins, and sub-queries to handle complex data logic.
4. Handle data in XML and JSON formats.
5. Perform query optimization and performance tuning to improve efficiency.
6. Support application teams with backend data requirements and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Experience

1. 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SQL Developer.
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (2008 / 2012 / 2014 / 2016 or later).
3. Proficiency in SQL and T-SQL.
4. Experience with aggregate functions, indexing strategies, and execution plans.
5. Solid understanding of performance tuning and database optimization techniques.
6. Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
