Responsiblity

Team & Leadership

1. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers.
2. Drive a culture of accountability, documentation, and continuous improvement.
3. Define and enforce DevOps best practices and team standards.

Infrastructure & Operations

1. Own the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable infrastructure with Docker at its core.
2. Manage CI/CD pipelines and automate build, test, and deployment processes.
3. Ensure high availability and security of production environments, including incident response and disaster recovery planning.

Source Control & Workflow

1. Establish and maintain efficient, transparent Git workflows (e.g., GitFlow, trunk-based development).
2. Collaborate with developers to improve branching, merging, and code review processes.
3. Maintain visibility and traceability of all changes going into production.

Security & Monitoring

1. Implement security best practices in DevOps (e.g., secrets management, image scanning, access control).
2. Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.

What You’ll Bring

1. 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar roles.
2. 2+ years of leadership experience — managing people or leading cross-functional initiatives.
3. Expert-level knowledge of Docker and containerized application deployment.
4. Strong understanding of Git version control and experience setting up and managing collaborative workflows.
5. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins).
6. Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
7. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
8. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
