Job Description
- Analyze client business needs and deliver customized Odoo solutions.
- Architect and design Odoo modules/features as per specifications.
- Oversee the full development lifecycle (development, testing, deployment).
- Ensure code quality, best practices, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Odoo modules/custom features.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party apps using APIs/connectors.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, QA, and stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance for Odoo projects.
- Stay updated on Odoo frameworks, features, and best practices.
Skills Required
- +3 years of hands-on Odoo development (Python, JavaScript, XML, PostgreSQL).
- Strong knowledge of Odoo architecture, modules, and framework.
- Proven experience leading/managing Odoo development teams.
- Expertise in customizing and extending Odoo ERP modules.
- Integration experience with external systems via APIs.
- Database management & optimization expertise.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership & communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in agile environments (GitLab, JIRA).
