Roles & Responsibilities -
- 17-20 years of experience in project/program management or PMO roles in product or SaaS-based companies.
- Experience working in US-based client environments or global delivery setups.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, hybrid delivery models, and stakeholder communications.
- Proven track record in setting up or scaling PMO practices.
- Excellent organizational, risk management, and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across geographies and time zones.
- Insurance domain knowledge is a strong plus (Property & Casualty preferred).
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
