Roles & Responsibilities -

1. 17-20 years of experience in project/program management or PMO roles in product or SaaS-based companies.
2. Experience working in US-based client environments or global delivery setups.
3. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, hybrid delivery models, and stakeholder communications.
4. Proven track record in setting up or scaling PMO practices.
5. Excellent organizational, risk management, and reporting skills.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills across geographies and time zones.
7. Insurance domain knowledge is a strong plus (Property & Casualty preferred).
8. PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
