Roles and Responsibilities:

• 12–15 years of experience in Software Testing and QA Management
• Strong expertise in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Agile, and STLC processes
• Experience managing QA teams for enterprise or product-based applications
• Hands-on experience in defect management, quality audits, and process improvement
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
