Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain robust, scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel (3+ yrs for L2 / 5+ yrs for L3 roles).
2. Contribute to both frontend and backend development, ensuring high performance and responsive user interfaces.
3. Translate business requirements into delightful product experiences through collaboration with design, product, and data teams.
4. Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and E2E testing practices.
5. Experience working with AWS services in application development.
6. Take part in agile development processes – sprint planning, standups, and code reviews.
7. Must-have skills: PHP, Laravel, Git, REST APIs, AWS, MySQL, and basic frontend knowledge (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
8. Good-to-have : ReactJS or VueJS, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, SSR (e.g. Next.js), and micro-frontend architecture.
