About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Structural Rebar Modeler to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Revit Structure, especially in rebar modeling, foundation detailing, and structural drafting. You will work closely with engineers and designers to deliver precise 3D models and reinforcement details aligned with project requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop detailed and accurate Revit Structural models, with a strong emphasis on rebar and foundation detailing.
• Convert 2D CAD drawings into fully detailed 3D Revit models.
• Interpret and analyze construction drawings, structural plans, and technical specifications.
• Apply correct cover, spacing, lap lengths, and reinforcement standards during modeling.
• Collaborate with structural engineers, detailers, and project teams to ensure model accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with relevant structural codes, guidelines, and international standards.
• Deliver high-quality models within deadlines while maintaining technical precision.
• Identify, resolve, and update design conflicts and detailing inconsistencies.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in structural rebar modeling.
• 1–2 years of hands-on expertise in Revit Structure with focus on foundations and rebar modeling.
• Strong understanding of rebar detailing, structural detailing practices, and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in 2D to 3D conversion (CAD → Revit).
• Solid knowledge of reinforcement standards including cover, spacing, and lap lengths.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines while maintaining accuracy.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
