Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage, configure, and maintain system infrastructure across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Handle network setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure seamless connectivity and performance.
- Monitor and resolve IT tickets using ticketing tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or ManageEngine.
- Ensure system security, backups, and updates are regularly performed.
- Provide technical support for users and maintain hardware/software assets.
- Experience with ticketing tools and IT service management systems.
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash).
