Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage, configure, and maintain system infrastructure across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
2. Handle network setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure seamless connectivity and performance.
3. Monitor and resolve IT tickets using ticketing tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or ManageEngine.
4. Ensure system security, backups, and updates are regularly performed.
5. Provide technical support for users and maintain hardware/software assets.
6. Experience with ticketing tools and IT service management systems.
7. Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
8. Good problem-solving and communication skills.
9. Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash).
