Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and follow-up till the candidate joins.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels i.e. Naukri, and Linkedin, and Using various other social media platforms for recruitment.
- Source active and passive candidates both.
- Shortlisting resumes based on a variety of criteria, including abilities, a recently updated resume, location, experience, and prior employers.
- Attracts applicants by placing job posts, contacting recruiters, and using social media and free job sites.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
