Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new hires, while building a strong employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and prioritize recruitment initiatives.
- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking to source candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
- Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate regularly with candidates, providing updates and feedback.
- Promote the company’s culture and values through social media, job fairs, and networking events.
- Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Present regular reports to leadership on hiring progress and challenges.
- Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.
- Work closely with HR to complete necessary documentation and orientation sessions.
Skills:
- 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations.
