Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in the smooth transition from their existing workpaper software to our Tax Sorted Workpaper Software.
- Provide hands-on guidance throughout the implementation process, ensuring minimal disruption to the client's operations.
- Conduct detailed assessments of client needs and customize the transition plan to suit their specific requirements.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients, explaining the functionality and features of our Tax Sorted Workpaper Software.
- Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions, both in-person and remotely, to ensure clients are comfortable using the software.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during and after the transition process.
- Provide prompt and effective support to resolve any issues or concerns that arise during software usage.
- Liaise with the technical team to address complex problems and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for clients to further leverage the software and recommend additional features or services.
- Monitor and analyse product performance, user engagement, and key metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws, regulations, and industry standards by staying up-to-date with changes and incorporating them into the product.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather insights and drive product adoption.
- Act as the product champion, communicating the product vision, strategy, and benefits to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA, Inter CA, CMA, Inter CMA, MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Decent knowledge of Australian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a user-centric mindset.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Australian tax, with an understanding of tax workpaper preparation and compliance.
- Previous experience with tax workpaper software and client-facing roles is highly desirable.
