1. Lead and mentor a team of product managers, driving high-impact fintech product development.
2. Own and define the product roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
3. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and cross-functional teams for successful product launches.
4. Drive feature prioritization using data insights, customer feedback, and business impact.
5. Foster a data-driven, customer-centric approach to product development.
6. Cultivate a collaborative environment ensuring continuous learning and team growth.
7. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
8. Must-have Skills: 5+ years in product management (3+ years in leadership) with strong BFSI/fintech experience.
