Roles and Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DevOps engineers; collaborate with development, QA, and IT support teams to ensure smooth delivery and operations.

Application Deployment & Support:

Deploy and maintain applications including Odoo (Python/PostgreSQL), Magento (PHP/MySQL), and Node.js using Nginx/PM2 or containerized environments.

CI/CD Pipeline Management:

Design and manage robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

Containerization & Orchestration:

Containerize legacy and modern applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments via Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE) or Docker Swarm.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation for consistent and automated provisioning.

Monitoring & Performance:

Monitor application and infrastructure health using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog; troubleshoot performance and scaling issues.

Cloud Infrastructure:

Work with AWS, Azure, or GCP in production environments; optimize for cost, performance, and resilience.

Must-Have Skills:

6+ years of hands-on DevOps experience with 2+ years in a leadership role; strong deployment knowledge of Odoo, Magento, and Node.js; expert in CI/CD tools, containerization, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms; solid scripting in Bash, Python, PHP CLI, or Node CLI; deep Linux administration, Git, SSH, Nginx, and networking fundamentals.
