Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Odoo Technical Developer / Architect to lead complex Odoo implementations and drive high-quality technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Odoo architecture, customization, and integrations, along with the ability to guide teams, solve complex technical challenges, and optimize system performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead Odoo technical development and architecture with 8+ years of hands-on experience.
• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules using Python, Odoo ORM, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Work extensively with both Odoo Enterprise and Community editions.
• Handle custom module development, enhancements, upgrades, and migrations.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop and maintain QWeb reports, controllers, security rules, and access rights.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and improve code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Apply strong software engineering principles and design patterns.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Follow best practices in version control, deployment, and documentation.

Technical Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Odoo technical development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript.
• In-depth understanding of the Odoo framework, ORM, and module structure.
• Proven experience with API integrations and system connectivity.
• Hands-on exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and DevOps practices (highly preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions.
• Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail and quality.
