About the Role

We are hiring a Technical Lead / Delivery Manager to lead engineering teams building scalable, high-availability digital platforms across multiple brands and markets. This is a backend-first leadership role with full-stack exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own core platform domains (ordering, payments, loyalty, APIs, integrations)
• Drive end-to-end delivery: architecture, roadmap, quality, and reliability
• Lead system design & architecture decisions (scalability, performance, security)
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams (Backend, Web, Mobile, QA, DevOps)
• Ensure engineering excellence (CI/CD, testing, observability, release management)
• Collaborate with Product & Business teams to deliver impactful solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years' experience with 3–5+ years in engineering leadership
• Strong backend expertise: APIs, microservices, distributed systems
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Knowledge of Node.js or similar backend stacks
• Exposure to React / Mobile ecosystems (nice to have)
• Strong stakeholder management & delivery ownership

Preferred

• Experience in QSR / Retail / E-commerce / Consumer tech platforms
• Exposure to multi-brand, multi-market platforms
• Experience working with distributed/global teams
