Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end technical development of web applications using ReactJS and NodeJS.
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions.
Define and estimate project timelines, resource allocations, and sprint planning.
Take ownership of fixed-cost projects – from planning and execution to delivery.
Oversee code reviews, architecture decisions, and ensure best coding practices.
Manage and mentor a team of developers – assign tasks, track progress, and conduct performance evaluations.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers for seamless project execution.
Ensure proper technical documentation, API documentation, and team-level documentation is maintained.
Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks.
Stay updated with latest tech trends, tools, and development methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on development experience in MERN Stack – ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, Express.js.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and scalable web applications.
Experience in handling fixed-cost projects and managing delivery within scope and deadlines.
Proficiency in project planning tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
Excellent knowledge of code versioning tools (e.g., Git).
Strong knowledge of database design and optimization (MongoDB).
Hands-on experience with staff documentation and project documentation.
Proven experience in team handling, mentoring, and stakeholder communication.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Strong verbal and written communication in English.
