Key Responsibilities
• Plan and manage WordPress development projects, ensuring on-time delivery and
meeting quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively between clients, developers, designers, and other stakeholders
to align project goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring progress
is tracked and goals are met.
• Lead technical discussions, translating client requirements into actionable tasks and
setting priorities for the team.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline project planning, task allocation, and performance
tracking.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure projects meet technical standards and
client expectations.
• Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal leadership on project
progress.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and technologies to guide the
team effectively.
Required Skills and Experience
• 5+ years of experience managing WordPress projects with a proven track record of
successful delivery.
• Strong technical background in WordPress development, including themes, plugins, and
customizations.
• Familiarity with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Expertise in WooCommerce and WordPress Multisite.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance project management processes.
