Roles & Responsibilities -
This Role is a blended role of Project Manager and Product Manager for candidates with technical experience looking to move into Project or Product Management. As a part of this role, candidates will contribute technical expertise through architecture and solution designing towards building products in the Financial Services Domain (BFSI).
This role is expected to have the following components -
• 60% technical contribution through architecture and solution designing, code reviews, improvement of technology, best practices and more.
• 30% project management and interfacing with business stakeholders to understand and design solutions. (eg: Breakdown of features into Implementation Milestones)
• 10% operations management for the team (Eg: Leave Management, Bandwidth Management, etc)
• Years of Experience as Programmer or Individual Contributor - 3-5 Years
• Domain Expertise - Experience in the Banking Sector or Financial Services is non-mandatory
• Technical Expertise - Experience in our Tech Stack is mandatory in prior experience.
