Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the interface between clients and systems/applications, ensuring seamless communication

• Utilizing strong communication skills to accurately define client issues and requirements.

Interpreting and designing effective solutions based on deep product knowledge.

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.

• Ensuring timely issue resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Documenting client interactions and resolutions for future reference.

• Staying up to date with the latest product features and industry trends.

Must have skills : Service Desk Management, Service Desk Voice Support
