- Collaborating with other technical support teams to resolve complex issues.
- Conducting research and identifying solutions to new technical problems.
- Maintaining and updating technical knowledge base and documentation.
- Escalating issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
