About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Telecaller to connect with potential investors who have shown interest in our platform. The role involves daily outbound calling, qualifying leads based on defined criteria, and wherever possible, booking appointments/demos with the Relationship Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Make a high volume of outbound calls to leads generated through campaigns, website signups, and other digital channels.
● Qualify leads based on interest level, investment readiness, and profile fit.
● Schedule calls/meetings with the internal sales team for high-intent leads.
● Update and maintain accurate records in CRM with call outcomes and lead status.
● Achieve daily/weekly call and lead-qualification targets.
● Provide timely feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
● Follow calling scripts and compliance guidelines as per the financial services industry.
Requirements
● 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or outbound calling roles.
● Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is an advantage).
● Comfortable working with call targets, daily metrics, and CRM tools.
● Basic understanding of finance is a plus, but not mandatory — training will be provided.
● Positive attitude, persistence, and willingness to learn about bonds and investment products.
