Post:
- Trainee Engineer - Network security (Router & Switches/Firewall/Load Balancer/Antivirus)
- Trainee Engineer - Linux (RHSCA Course/certification mandatory)
Location - Mumbai (all over)
Total vacancy : 10 plus
Education criteria: BE or B.Tech or MCA + relevant course (completed)
Preferred:
- Must have done course either of the course Basic Networking or CCNA or CCNP certification
- Mandatory RHSCA for Linux opening
Ideal Candidate:
- Good understating of hardware, networking and TCP/IP,OSI models concepts
- Good understanding and hands on experience of routing protocols, Firewall protocols is preferred
- Willingness for field work is must & Ready to work 24/7 - rotation shift.
- This will be field support role and will involve travelling on need basis (conveyance will be provided)
- Immediate joiner, preferred & fluency in English.
- Good communication (both verbal and written) skills

Trainee Engineer - Network security
Roles & Responsibilities:
Understanding on Routers or Switches or Firewalls or Load balancer or Antivirus any one is mandatory.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned as required)
- Troubleshoot issues in support of production outages within SLA/escalation guidelines.
- Consult with customers to understand the issues under supervision of senior.
- Proactively monitor environments and respond to alerts of system and issues.
- Having the ability to accurately document all actions taken is key to provide the best support possible.
- Capable of performing in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Continually identify efficiencies for systems, processes, and procedures.
Required Skills:
- Understanding of TCP/IP, UDP and Networking concepts.
- Understanding of DNS, HTTP, and application
- Basic knowledge of Network terminologies
- Basic knowledge of Security terminologies
Trainee Engineer - Linux
RHCSA course is mandatory.
- Strong foundational knowledge of the Linux command line interface (CLI), file system hierarchy, and basic Linux concepts (e.g., processes, services, memory). Familiarity with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SSH.
- Basic knowledge of Bash shell scripting is essential; exposure to Python is a plus.
- Understanding of disk partitioning, file system creation (e.g., ext4, XFS), and mounting.
- Awareness of basic security practices, user permissions (chmod, chown), and firewall concepts (e.g., firewalld).
- Exposure to virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM).
