Key Responsibilities
✔️ Handle full-cycle recruiting for IT requirements from US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and on-boarding.
✔️ Source active and passive candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, Indeed, and Career Builder.
✔️ Demonstrate hands-on experience recruiting for international markets, particularly the US, UK, and Middle East.
✔️ Proficiently handle different tax terms for the US market (Corp-Corp/W2/1099).
✔️ Manage requirements for various visa holders, including U.S. Citizens, GC, EAD, TN, and H1B candidates.
✔️ Utilize and maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., Job Diva, SAP Success Factor, Zoho) and Resume Screening Tools.
✔️ Conduct phone interviews to assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, technical & soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
✔️ Engage in Social Media Recruiting and Database Management.
✔️ Manage Stakeholder relationships effectively.
