Job Description:
- Overall, 6 years of software development experience with a minimum of 3+ years of solutioning and programming experience with Varicent ICM
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end Varicent (v10) development.
- Experience with Varicent Workflow and Webform component
- Proficient in writing SQL queries.
- Varicent certification and knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Good team player with strong analytical/technical skills.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out the tasks to completion quickly while maintaining quality.
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Experience ITIL process
