About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and execution-oriented leader to join Perfios as VP – Execution & Governance. This role will act as the central execution engine across the organization, driving strategic initiatives, process excellence, operational governance, business reviews, and performance management across multiple companies/business units within the Perfios ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is someone who combines strong business acumen, structured problem-solving, operational rigor, and the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders. This role requires someone who can operate at both strategic and execution levels while ensuring accountability, speed, and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution & Governance
- Drive execution of key strategic priorities across companies/business units within the Perfios group
- Establish robust governance mechanisms, operating rhythms, and review cadences across functions
- Work closely with the COO and leadership teams to track organizational priorities and execution effectiveness
- Ensure alignment between business goals, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
Performance Management & Metrics
- Define and institutionalize business performance metrics, MIS dashboards, and KPIs across functions and entities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with leadership teams
- Drive visibility into execution health, operational bottlenecks, and business risks
- Build strong data-driven governance frameworks for decision-making and accountability
Cross-Functional Program Leadership
- Lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Technology, Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR teams
- Ensure timely execution of strategic programs with clear ownership and milestone tracking
- Identify execution gaps proactively and drive resolution through structured interventions
- Support integration, scaling, and operational alignment across acquired or newly incubated entities
Business Operations & Process Excellence
- Improve organizational efficiency through process optimization and execution discipline
- Drive operational rigor, prioritization frameworks, and execution tracking mechanisms
- Partner with functional leaders to improve planning, forecasting, and delivery predictability
- Design, launch and monitor organizational processes across functions to support business scalability e.g. customer escalation management, roadmap governance, delivery excellence, customer support etc
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted partner to the COO and leadership team
- Influence senior stakeholders across business units and functions
- Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, speed, and accountability

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 18-22 years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, PMO, Consulting, or Execution Governance roles
- Proven experience driving cross-functional execution in high-growth technology, SaaS, fintech, or enterprise organizations
- Strong exposure to business reviews, KPI management, operating cadences, and executive governance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across multiple business units and influence without authority
- Strong program management and organizational skills
- High comfort with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and scaling organizations
- MBA from a premier institution preferred
