Roles & Responsibilities -
• Strong experience with:
o Zendesk Support
o Zendesk Help Center (Guide)
o Zendesk Explore (Reporting)
o Zendesk App Framework (ZAF)
• Hands-on experience with:
o JavaScript
o HTML / CSS
o REST APIs
• Experience with:
o Zapier / Webhooks / Middleware (good to have)
o CRM or ticketing system integrations
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks end-to-end
