Position Summary Or About The Role- It is an Individual Contributor role where you would be involved in identifying complex fuzzy problems, breaking them down into smaller parts, and implementing creative, data-driven solutions.

  • You would be responsible for defining, tracking, and improving key metrics and communicating business trends to stakeholders.
  • Should have relevant experience with IT service-based industry only Should have working experience with US and UK-based clients, Project management and BA activities are a must.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analyse the business needs of clients to identify the business problems and propose solutions that help client organization to achieve its goals.
  • Conduct data gathering and analysis to understand strategical requirements and provide direction for project planning to ensure understanding of requirements and delivery Liaise with client, business partners and project team to ensure effective technical solutions Manage client expectations and monitors the performance to ensure client satisfaction Strong documentation of the configuration and requirement specification Serves as a technical lead and may have people management responsibilities.
  • Can create proposals and perform presales activity as well .
  • Can prepare all the documents like wireframe, SRS,BRD,FRD etc.
  • Competencies Skills Effective written and oral communication, client handling and negotiation skills.
