Qualification : Graduate/MBA with Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.

• Experience in US Healthcare IT hiring and Domestic Hirings for domain specific and

general hirings.

• Track record of hiring at least 3 recruitment per month Must.

• Good experience in conducting drives for mass hiring in specialized technologies.

• Sourcing best talent from different job boards & Effective use of Social Media.

• Head hunting through different active & passive sources.

• Maintaining MIS reports & Database

• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills

• Ready to work on late Shifts.
