Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Android Developer with strong PHP backend skills to develop mobile applications integrated with our ERP system. The role involves building Android apps, working with APIs, and contributing to backend development when required.
Key Responsibilities
Android Development
• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications for ERP modules (Attendance, Fees, Academics, HRMS, etc.).
• Integrate apps with ERP backend using REST APIs (PHP-based).
• Build scalable, secure, high-performance mobile features.
• Implement MVVM/MVC architecture and clean coding practices.
• Ensure compatibility across devices and Android OS versions.
• Optimize app performance and troubleshoot issues.
PHP Backend Development
• Work on backend APIs using PHP, Laravel/CodeIgniter (depending on your stack).
• Develop, modify, and maintain ERP web services used by mobile applications.
• Manage database operations (MySQL) and optimize queries.
• Ensure application security, data encryption, and proper authentication mechanisms.
Cross-Team Collaboration
• Work closely with backend, QA, UI/UX, and ERP functional teams.
• Translate ERP workflows into smooth mobile user experiences.
Quality & Documentation
• Participate in code reviews and ensure clean, maintainable code.
• Write technical documentation for mobile and API modules.
