We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager with a deep understanding of the UK Payroll domain. This role focuses on driving client satisfaction, retention, and success by providing expert payroll guidance and proactive account management. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients maximize the value of our payroll solutions while maintaining compliance with UK regulations.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Drive successful customer onboarding and implementation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular account reviews and provide insights to help clients achieve their objectives.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase customer value.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Track key account metrics and proactively address potential risks.
Key Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in UK Payroll Domain and Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Experience in upselling and renewals with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
