We are looking for Desktop Support Engineers (L1) with hands-on experience in IT support environments.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Desktop & laptop hardware troubleshooting
• Peripheral support (Printers/Scanners)
• Windows OS installation, configuration & patch updates
• Antivirus & application installations
• L1 network troubleshooting (LAN, router & switch basics)
• Finacle / application-related configurations
• Activity logging & documentation updates
• Coordination with internal teams & vendors
✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 1.6 years of Desktop Support (L1) experience
• Good understanding of hardware, OS & peripherals
• Local language proficiency as per location
• Ready to work in a professional IT support setup
