About the Role
Putzmeister is hiring Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET – Service Engineer) for field-based technical roles across India. This role is designed for diploma holders who are willing to undergo training in Goa manufacturing plant and are open to PAN-India final placement in operational engineering environments.

• Hands-on training at operational locations
• Installation, commissioning, inspection, and performance monitoring
• Resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Maintain job records, service reports, and documentation
• Follow safety, quality, and company standards
• Opportunity to work as service engineer at the assigned location
Eligibility Criteria
• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Automobile Engineering/ Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Related engineering disciplines
Experience: 6 months – 2 years
Candidate Requirements (Mandatory)
• Open to undertaking training assignments in Goa
• Flexible and willing to accept final placement at locations across India
• Demonstrates a strong learning orientation with readiness for field-based work
