Job Title: Engineering and Non- IT Recruiter
Experience: 3–8 Years
Location: Noida (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles including:
- Data Center Technicians
- Field Technicians
- Safety/Construction Managers (OSHA-related roles)
- Legal Assistants and Paralegals
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking
- Screen resumes
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate offers and manage onboarding coordination
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment
- Strong sourcing and screening skills for technical (non-IT) and legal roles
- Familiarity with job portals like Monster, LinkedIn
- Good understanding of construction, safety (OSHA), and legal roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
