We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Group HR Manager for a listed company based in Ahmedabad. This company operates across multiple business domains, including Cybersecurity, Environment Safety, and Refurbished Electronics. The ideal candidate will lead HR operations across the entire group, managing teams and driving HR strategies to align with the diverse business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR operations for all group companies across various business verticals (Cybersecurity, Environment Safety, Refurbished Electronics, etc.).
- Drive recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Foster a positive organizational culture that supports business growth and employee well-being.
- Manage and mentor HR teams, providing guidance and leadership in all HR functions.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to drive HR strategies that support business objectives and promote high performance.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR leadership, preferably in multi-faceted organizations with a presence in IT, cybersecurity, environmental safety, or related sectors.
- Strong expertise in recruitment, talent management, and HR strategy development.
- Ability to manage and lead HR teams across diverse business domains.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
