About the Opportunity
We're a small, growing team looking for a motivated junior developer who's excited to build their career in HubSpot CMS development. This is a full-time remote position where you'll work directly alongside an experienced senior developer, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to real client projects.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining websites using HubSpot CMS themes and modules
- Writing clean, functional code in HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Supporting ongoing client projects under the guidance of our senior developer
- Implementing on-page SEO best practices across client websites
- Learning and growing your technical skills across multiple technologies
- Collaborating closely with the team to deliver quality work
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Some hands-on experience with HubL (HubSpot CMS)—even personal projects or coursework counts
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Exposure to jQuery, Vercel, or Next.js
- On-page SEO skills (meta tags, structured data, site performance, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
- Genuine interest in web development as a career path
- Self-motivated and dedicated work ethic
