- Source candidates directly through Naukri / LinkedIn
- Coordinate with candidates for interview schedule
- Offer negotiation
Employee Engagement, Communications and Internal Branding:
- Ideate employee engagement programs and create an engagement calendar
- Review content, communications and designs shared by agency.
- Posting on internal and external media.
Rewards and Recognition
- Research and explore Rewards and Recognition programs Ideate and implement R&R program for HOH.
