Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support day-to-day HR activities. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and exit processes (documentation, coordination)
Help with attendance, leave management, and HR trackers
Assist in payroll coordination and verification of data
Support HR compliance and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related queries
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
Prepare HR reports and MIS as required
