About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic BHR Manager to lead and drive HR initiatives at NOSPL. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in shaping HR strategy, managing high-performing HR teams, and implementing best practices across employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. This role focuses on strategic HR leadership
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the BHR team to ensure efficiency and high performance.
- Drive employee onboarding, engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives etc.
- Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes that support organizational growth.
- Provide strategic guidance to leadership on organizational development, culture building, employee satisfaction and change management leading to enhancing the overall employee experience.
- Lead initiatives in learning & development, succession planning, and compensation & benefits strategy.
- Drive HR analytics and reporting to support decision-making and track key HR metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in HR strategy formulation and execution.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional HR teams.
- Excellent knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and industry trends.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in driving change, implementing HR systems, and improving processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
