We’re looking for an HR Manager to build and scale our people function—driving hiring, performance, culture, and retention as we grow toward the next stage.
1. Talent Acquisition
- Own end-to-end hiring across media buying, creative, and support teams
- Build strong hiring pipelines and improve time-to-hire
- Implement structured interview and evaluation systems
2. Performance & People Management
- Design and manage performance review systems (KPIs, scorecards)
- Work with leadership on promotions, PIPs, and team structure
- Drive accountability and high-performance culture
3. Employee Experience & Retention
- Improve onboarding, engagement, and retention systems
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns
- Build a strong internal culture aligned with company values
4. HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage payroll coordination, policies, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
- Maintain HR systems and employee records
- 4–8 years in HR, preferably in marketing agencies, startups or fast paced environments
- Strong hiring and talent evaluation experience
- Experience building performance management systems
- High ownership, strong communication, and problem-solving skills
- Someone who can scale teams fast without compromising quality
- Strong bias for action and execution
- Ability to work closely with founders and leadership
- Work directly with leadership in a high-growth environment
- Build systems from scratch and have real impact
