Lead Mobile Engineer (Flutter / iOS / Android)

We are looking for a Lead Mobile Engineer to own the design, development, and scaling of our mobile applications across iOS and Android. You will be responsible for technical leadership, architecture decisions, and hands-on development using Flutter, while ensuring high performance, maintainability, and excellent user experience.

This role combines deep technical execution with leadership and ownership. You will work closely with product, design, backend, and AI teams to ship production-grade mobile apps.

Technical Leadership

• Own the mobile architecture and technical roadmap
• Make decisions on frameworks, tooling, and best practices
• Set and enforce code quality, performance, and security standards
• Lead technical reviews and mentor other mobile engineers

Development

• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter
• Integrate with backend APIs, databases, and third-party services
• Implement native features when required (Swift / Kotlin)
• Ensure smooth performance, responsiveness, and stability
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code

Collaboration

• Work closely with:
• Product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Designers to implement pixel-perfect UIs
• Backend engineers on APIs and data models
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery

Release & Maintenance

• Manage App Store & Play Store releases
• Monitor crashes, performance, and user feedback
• Own bug fixing, improvements, and app upgrades
• Ensure compliance with platform guidelines

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have

• 5+ years of mobile development experience
• 3+ years of Flutter (Dart) experience in production apps
• Strong understanding of:
• iOS (Swift)
• Android (Kotlin)
• Experience shipping and maintaining live apps
• Solid knowledge of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
• REST APIs, authentication, state management
• Git, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews
