Hiring: Principal Product Manager – Core Banking (CASA | Retail | LMS)
📍 Location: Navi Mumbai
🧠 Experience: 16–19 Years
We are seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager with strong expertise in CASA, Retail Banking, and Loan Management Systems (LMS) to lead product strategy and execution for enterprise-scale banking platforms.
💡 Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for core banking solutions
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery and scaling
- Manage and prioritize product backlog (epics, features, user stories)
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders
- Deliver customer-centric solutions using design thinking principles
- Mentor teams and contribute to strategic product decisions
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong domain experience in Core Banking / Retail Banking
- Proven track record in product management within fintech or product organizations
- Deep understanding of CASA and LMS platforms
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (CSPO / SAFe preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
