Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead the sales efforts for our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) products across the US and global markets. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare technology space, specifically in RCM and EMR solutions, along with proven leadership skills to drive sales growth and manage a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for RCM and EMR products in the US and international markets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales targets, revenue growth, and market penetration.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practices.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and market needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer demands.
  • Create and deliver compelling product presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of complex sales deals, ensuring maximum value for the company and customers.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance metrics, and reports to senior leadership.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing support post-sale.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in selling RCM and EMR products or similar healthcare technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory compliance (HIPAA, ICD-10, etc.) and operational processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large, complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong network and relationships with healthcare providers, administrators, and C-level executives.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with global market exposure.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in both US and international healthcare markets.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales management tools.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
