Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer with 5–9 years of hands-on expertise in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of backend development, RESTful APIs, and database design, along with a passion for clean, maintainable code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails framework.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
