Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our onsite team in Noida. This role focuses on hiring for internal positions and partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and engage top domestic talent.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
Screening
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Review resumes and applications against job requirements
Candidate Engagement
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Share timely updates on application status and next steps
Collaboration
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Provide insights and recommendations during shortlisting
Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in domestic talent acquisition
- Hands-on ATS experience (JobDiva is a plus)
- Strong experience with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Detail-oriented with a candidate-first mindset
