Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Noida. We're looking for a passionate and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team and drive hiring excellence for our diverse client portfolio. What You'll Do
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, job specifications, and organizational culture
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit against role requirements
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across various technology and non-technology domains
- Engage with candidates professionally, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations effectively
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate the selection process
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term partnerships
Metrics & Reporting
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for submissions, interviews, and placements
- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratio, and offer acceptance rate
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Provide regular updates and reports to the recruitment lead
What We're Looking For
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a staffing/recruitment agency or RPO environment
- Proven track record of successfully closing positions across IT and/or non-IT domains
- Strong sourcing skills with expertise in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed)
- Excellent screening and interviewing skills with the ability to assess technical and cultural fit
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
