Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Noida. We're looking for a passionate and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team and drive hiring excellence for our diverse client portfolio. If you're someone who loves the challenge of finding needle-in-a-haystack talent, building relationships with candidates, and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes, this role is for you.


What You'll Do

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding
  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, job specifications, and organizational culture
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and networking
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit against role requirements

Candidate Sourcing & Engagement

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across various technology and non-technology domains
  • Engage with candidates professionally, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations effectively

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate the selection process
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term partnerships

Metrics & Reporting

  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for submissions, interviews, and placements
  • Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratio, and offer acceptance rate
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the recruitment lead


What We're Looking For

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a staffing/recruitment agency or RPO environment


  • Proven track record of successfully closing positions across IT and/or non-IT domains
  • Strong sourcing skills with expertise in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed)
  • Excellent screening and interviewing skills with the ability to assess technical and cultural fit
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
