Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in the smooth transition from their existing workpaper software to our Tax Sorted Workpaper Software.
• Provide hands-on guidance throughout the implementation process, ensuring minimal disruption to the client's operations.
• Conduct detailed assessments of client needs and customize the transition plan to suit their specific requirements.
• Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients, explaining the functionality and features of our Tax Sorted Workpaper Software.
• Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions, both in-person and remotely, to ensure clients are comfortable using the software.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during and after the transition process.
• Provide prompt and effective support to resolve any issues or concerns that arise during software usage.
• Liaise with the technical team to address complex problems and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for clients to further leverage the software and recommend additional features or services.
• Monitor and analyse product performance, user engagement, and key metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws, regulations, and industry standards by staying up-to-date with changes and incorporating them into the product.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather insights and drive product adoption.
• Act as the product champion, communicating the product vision, strategy, and benefits to internal and external stakeholders.
