Technical Pre-Sales Consultant (EST Shift)
Location: Pune (Remote/Hybrid)
Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (US EST overlap)

We’re looking for a highly technical pre-sales consultant who can lead client conversations, break down complex requirements in real time, and translate them into practical, scalable solutions—often within a single call.
This is a hands-on, thinking-on-your-feet role, not a traditional BA or documentation-heavy position.
What You’ll Do
- Lead discovery calls with US clients and drive technical conversations
- Translate vague ideas into clear system architecture and solution flows live
- Create mind maps / solution outlines during or immediately after calls
- Recommend tech stacks, APIs, integrations, and data models
- Identify risks, edge cases, and trade-offs early
- Turn discussions into proposals or solution summaries within 24 hours
- Act as a bridge between client expectations and engineering execution
What We’re Looking For
- Strong fundamentals in system design, database design, and APIs
- Ability to think structurally and respond in real time
- Comfortable discussing end-to-end architecture (frontend, backend, integrations, cloud)
- Strong communication—can simplify complex ideas for clients
- Hands-on mindset—can sketch flows, schemas, and solutions quickly
Ideal Background
- 5–10 years of experience
- Started as a developer, now operating as a solution architect / consultant
- Experience in startups, product companies, or tech consulting
- Exposure to AI/LLMs, APIs, and modern stacks is a plus
This Role Is Not For You If
- You need time after calls to “figure things out”
- You prefer deep coding over client-facing problem solving
- You rely heavily on documentation before solutioning
One-Line Expectation
You should be able to run a client call independently and walk out with a solution we can propose the next day.
