The Team Lead is responsible for guiding a cross-functional team of software developers working
on ALLPLAN’s reinforcement functionality (C++, partly Python, WPF). This role partners closely
with Product Management to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions aligned with
company goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of software developers, including recruitment, training, and
performance management.
Collaborate with product management, design, QA, and support to ensure product
requirements are met and customer issues are resolved.
Drive sprint planning, estimation, and team alignment to deliver on roadmap goals.
Maintain development standards through code reviews, automated testing, and process
improvements.
Monitor software performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage product
lifecycle activities.
Foster cross-team communication, continuous improvement, and alignment with overall
company strategy.
Drive utilization of AI tools.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in modern development practices, methodologies, and lifecycle
management.
Solid knowledge of C++ (basic knowledge on Python, WPF in addition is an advantage)
Excellent communication in English, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and analytical abilities.
Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and adaptability in a fast-changing
environment.
