Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and update release notes, user guides, FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions), and other instructional documents related to the payroll product.
- Maintain a centralized repository or knowledge base for all product-related documents and resources, ensuring easy access and version control.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation.
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources for internal teams and external partners, including sales and customer support representatives.
