Role Description
Shape financial strategy and drive growth as VP - Finance for a well-established technology organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team, Board, and investors on strategic decisions
- Manage investments, cash flow, and fundraising initiatives
- Lead Finance Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, taxation, and treasury
- Drive M&A, capital raising, and Audits and compliance activities
- Oversee legal, secretarial and administrative functions
- Modernise finance operations through AI and automation
Ideal Candidate
- Credentials: CA (additionally CS preferred)
- Experience: 15+ years in Tech/FinTech sectors, of which at least 5-8 years in a leadership role
- Industry: IT product/services companies with $100M+ revenue
- Leadership: Proven success in digital transformation and team leadership
- Skills: Strong ability to navigate complex business challenges and uncertainties, manage stakeholder expectations
- Location: Based in or near OMR, Chennai (Work from office)
